Reviews - While this product is slightly smaller than I thought I saw him first, construction, unlike other reviews, This article sound is played by children all day in my shop, and held for months with little or no sign of wear. The construction is wood (I think - which is not in front of me) 12-layer plywood, solid, well-cut, and very well put together. Each side has its own activity, and each seems well done.
- This toy made my son crawl for the first time in the doctor's office, so I knew I had to have one at home. It 'very solid, too, to get up and keep up. We all love and would definitely recommend to anyone!
- I bought this for my daughter 1 years old and she just loves to play with it. There are lots of activities for her but she has a crown on top again. One of the best toy purchases we've done yet.

My kids LOVE this toy. My 2 years, it seems most taken with it. My 1 years old plays with it a lot ', but not as much as the older kids. The two oldest boys, aged 9 and 6, enjoy the tic-tac-toe. This toy is well built, robust (the boys standing), and involving. We are very pleased with the money we spent on it. It 'was totally worth it!
When searching for a cube of activities for the first birthday of my son, I must admit I had huge shock when I came across this cube. There was only one review on Amazon, at the time, and it was hot. I researched other cubes extensively on Amazon and elsewhere, and looked at every side of this, at least 10 times. It took me two weeks, long talks with my husband, but finally we decided on the basis of the review and other research I had done, I had done this was really a toy "investment."
My son will be able to enjoy the various activities now, like a year, and in many different ways as he grows. Loves this thing so much that I had to restrain him, as my husband had to discard the packaging. Just one look and he was gone! And this is a very demanding baby when it comes to toys. Usually it takes him a month to warm up to anything.
This is the kind of toy that you would expect to see in a nursery school or other place of large dimensions. It 'pretty amazing that you can have in your home. My son is also pulling on it, and I know that I will start cruising as well. He's Just Not until the strip yet as the thing to play around with all parties. He also plays with it more independent than any other toy. Usually asks constant companion, but when you play with that did not even notice if I leave the room (yay!). Obviously surprising for families with more children.
In short, if you can get over the sticker shock, this is probably THE BEST activity cube on the market today and you will not be sorry with your purchase. It is the same high quality I have found other Parents brand toys to be. Just excellent.
P.S. I don't work for Parents, or anyone really. Just a very happy SAHM.(More...)
Customer Reviews My daughter really enjoys this toy, which is a big deal for us because she really does not like many toys. We've had no issue with peeling paint and it seems well-made. Make sure you shop around as the price really can vary. We bought it for around $50 from Target (through Amazon). I don't know if they changed it, but the corners on ours are somewhat rounded, so there shouldn't be any injuries with it that way. The issue we've had is that our daughter pulls up on it and the thing tips over on her. I wish it was heavier at the base so it couldn't tip over. As is, whenever she plays with it, someone has to sit on the other side and hold it. I do think it will get years of use as the toys lend themselves to being played with at many stages of development. Once she gets where she can stand on her own, it tipping won't be an issue either.
My son (now 10 months) has loved this toy since about 6 months. His grandmother taught him how to stand by holding on to the wires on top, and he's been fascinated by the beads and wires ever since. Now he pushes the whole box and "walks" around with it. He has been less interested in the sides, but other babies who have visited have especially liked to play with the doors and spinning letters. I think the quality of the construction is quite good - I like how it is all wood (except for the wires) and not plastic. We haven't had any issues with the paint. We also haven't had any tipping over issues - at first when my son was pulling himself up it would tilt a little, but he quickly learned to compensate and balance better. I think it's a great toy! A quick note on potential choking hazards... it seems to me that all the parts are well atached, so I'm not sure what could be a choking hazard unless the toy were broken.
I gave my niece for her first bday and he loves it. He plays with it alone for a very long time! He gets to use for support. His sister 5 years old game too. It is not too daunting in size and is not an eyesore to be seated when the company comes. It looks good and is very good for his overall development. E 'robust, challenging, interesting and well worth the cost. I will be happy to give this another year older in the future!

Product Description Parental BATTAT Magazine Busy Zoo activity cube is a fun learning experience. The activities are simple enough for one year of age to understand and large enough for them to handle with ease. Above, the animals can move along tracks or twirl wooden shapes along looping wire. Choices around the four sides include rotating picture blocks to form the image of a variety of animals, turning any one of interconnecting gears to make them all spin, open and close a door and window. For the future, reversible alphabet blocks show a picture and his first letter, on the one hand, and the upper and lower case letter on the back. The finger and hand manipulations will develop different muscles later used to learn to write. (More...)
